The Role
Work directly with our leadership and Chief of Staff at the intersection of strategy operations and technology. Youll support high-impact projects help improve the way we operate and take ownership of key internal IT processes gaining firsthand experience in how a venture-backed startup is built and scaled.

Youll support high-impact projects help improve the way we operate and take ownership of key internal IT processes gaining firsthand experience in how a venture-backed startup is built and scaled.
Venture Associate & Strategic Projects
- Partner closely with the Chief of Staff on strategic priorities and cross-functional initiatives
- Conduct market competitive and operational research to support business decisions and special projects
- Support process improvement and operational excellence initiatives across the company
- Assistwith analyses presentations and project coordination for leadership and key stakeholders
- Gain firsthand exposure to company-building and executive decision-making in a fast-growing startup environment
- Manage Microsoft 365 administration user access and device management
- Oversee employee onboarding offboarding and hardware lifecycle management
- Support IT security monitoring and access governance
- Enable teams through efficient tool provisioning and day-to-day IT support

- Direct exposure to leadership and strategic decision-making

Your DNA
- Currentlypursuinga degree in Business Informatics Computer Science Business Administration or a related field
- Confident working withMicrosoft 365 (Teams Outlook basic admin concepts)
- Strong analytical and structured thinking with confidence working with data and spreadsheets
- Fluent in German and English both written and spoken
- A proactive hands-on mindset and willingness to take ownership
- Strong communicationskills and the ability to collaborate across teams
- Excited by the idea of working in a startup and contributing wherever you can create impact
