UX Researcher (mfd)

Your responsibilities will include:

• You collaborate with various stakeholders to define strategic research objectives and plan research activities.
• Together with our users you prepare conduct and analyze qualitative and quantitative studies to explore ideas features concepts and designs.
• When sharing your insights and findings you ensure that user needs are clearly represented and addressed throughout product development.
• By creating engaging reports jobs-to-be-done frameworks journey maps or other materials you deliver innovative and actionable results and communication strategies.
• In cross-functional teams - including product managers developers and UX specialists - you help further develop our products with a strong focus on user experience.
• Advocating for user needs goals and challenges you champion a user-centered design approach within multidisciplinary project teams.
• You support and mentor other UX Researchers Designers and Product Managers to foster a user research-driven and data-informed product culture.

• You hold a degree in Psychology Business Psychology Human Factors Human-Computer Interaction UX Market Research Interaction Design or a comparable field.
• With several years of professional experience as a UX Researcher you ideally bring expertise from SaaS projects or organizations.
• Collaboration is second nature to you - you have worked closely with Design Product Management and Development teams throughout the product development process.
• Your strong understanding of both quantitative and qualitative research methods alongside solid knowledge in test design statistics and data analysis sets you apart.
• Analytical and strategic thinking are your strengths enabling you to extract actionable and impactful insights from your research.
