Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in München suchen wir engagierte und qualifizierte Wirtschaftsjurist*innen (m/w/d) im Bereich Funds and Asset Management

Was Sie erwartet:

• Marktführende Praxis mit einem besonderem Schwerpunkt auf closed-ended Private Equity und Venture Capital Fonds.
• Sie unterstützen unser Private Equity Team in der Beratung von nationalen und internationalen PE und VC Fonds bei komplexen internationalen Fundraisings.
• Sie unterstützen unsere Anwälte bei der Durchführung von Due Diligence Analysen.

• Sie setzen Ihre juristischen Kenntnisse beratend bei komplexen Incentivierungsstrukturen und Modellen ein.

Qualifications :

Was Sie auszeichnet

Sie verfügen über einen exzellenten Abschluss im Wirtschaftsrecht oder haben ein vergleichbares (ausländisches) Studium absolviert.  Neben sehr guten Englischkenntnissen bevorzugt im Ausland angeeignet verfügen Sie über ein gesamtwirtschaftliches Verständnis und unternehmerisches Denken sowie eine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit. Sie sind zudem ein Teamplayer und setzen auch bei anspruchsvollen juristischen Aufgabenstellungen neben fachlichem Know-how Ihre Kreativität ein.

To strengthen our team in Munich we are looking for a motivated and qualified Transaction Lawyer (m/f/d) to join our Funds and Asset Management practice.

What you can expect

• A market-leading practice with a particular focus on closed-ended Private Equity and Venture Capital funds.
• You will support our Private Equity team in advising national and international PE and VC funds on complex international fundraising transactions.
• You will assist our lawyers with the execution of due diligence reviews and analyses.
• You will apply your legal expertise in an advisory capacity on complex incentive structures and remuneration models.

You have an outstanding degree in Business Law or a comparable qualification including an equivalent international addition to excellent English language skills ideally gained through experience abroad you possess strong commercial awareness an entrepreneurial mindset and excellent communication skills.
