Registering a trademark should be simple. For most founders and small businesses it isnt: its slow expensive and confusing. Were serial founders building a company which is tackling the problem. We combine smart technology with real trademark expertise so that routine work runs smoothly and experts can focus on the work that actually matter.

What youll do

• File and manage EU trademark applications for our clients

• Review searches and classifications and give clear practical advice

• Help design the processes behind our product: what can be standardised and where an expert has to look

• Be the trusted trademark voice for our clients and our team

• Help us grow a team of trademark professionals over time

What you bring

• At least five years of hands-on trademark practice before a national or regional IP office in the EU

• Ideally youre already listed as a professional representative at the EUIPO. If not well support you in getting listed

• Curiosity about how technology can make legal work better without losing quality

• Enjoyment of building something new rather than following a fixed path

• Fluency in English

Please note: the role involves representing our clients so it isnt compatible with an active admission to the bar (e.g. as advocaat in the Netherlands or Belgium or advokat in Denmark or Sweden).
