Mission

As the leader of autonomous vehicle solutions in industry and aviation TractEasy is successfully and rapidly growing its business in the EMEA region. To match the needs for internal operations business development and support we are looking for a talented and motivated Operations Intern (m / f / d) in our office in Berlin.

As part of our global Operations team youll jump in as an Operations Intern and help us build run and improve the engine behind everything we do. Youll support process design execution and monitoring - while also jumping into live projects wherever help is needed. Were growing fast - so strong scalable processes are key to delivering great products and experiences to our customers. Thats where you come in! Were looking for someone hands-on curious and eager to learn - ready to get exposure across operations project and sales support.

Activities

In this role you will:

• Support the design execution and continuous improvement of core operational processes

• Support cross-functional collaboration between sales operations purchasing and logistics to ensure seamless order fulfillment

• Assist with day-to-day order processing supplier coordination and shipment tracking to ensure smooth and timely deliveries

• Coordinate with suppliers logistics partners and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and on-time execution of orders and shipments

• Help monitor key operational and logistics KPIs (e.g. delivery performance lead times purchasing timelines) and identify improvement opportunities

• Contribute to scaling our sales operations by strengthening purchasing and logistics processes as we expand across markets
