Job Summary

A Day in Your Life at MKS:

This role will provide support for existing regional total rewards programs along with new opportunities to design and implement the resources for effective harmonization and administration of regional programs. Working closely with global regional and local HR Business Partners this role will lead the assessment of labor market trends competitive practices and benchmarking to then present findings and recommendations to leadership. This role will require project leadership for owning regional total rewards processes and resources involved with M&A integrations and other business is both a tactical and hands-on role for someone who is a strong problem-solver has exceptional project leadership agility with detailed financial analysis and an innate continuous improvement mindset.

You Will Make an Impact By:

  • Delivering robust analysis to support compensation and benefits decisions across Europe the Middle East and India.

  • Leading survey participation benchmarking and market trend reviews to recommend adjustments that maintain competitiveness and internal equity.

  • Developing and maintaining policies and procedures to ensure regional/global compliance and equitable competitive total rewards.

  • Managing compensation design and administration including salary structures job evaluation and internal equity frameworks.

  • Overseeing country-specific benefits programs (insurance retirement allowances wellness meal vouchers statutory benefits) and managing brokers/vendors for governance cost control and competitiveness.

  • Ensuring compliance with EU and country-specific laws including pay transparency reporting and statutory requirements.

  • Advising HR and business leaders on pay decisions equity and market competitiveness.

  • Creating and delivering communications guidelines toolkits and training on total rewards programs.

  • Partnering with HR and Legal on Works Council and Union matters that impact total rewards.

  • Supporting compensation HR and business initiatives including M&A integrations.

What You Bring to the Team:

  • Bachelors degree; Finance Accounting Economics or Mathematics preferred.

  • 8 years of regional compensation experience in Europe Middle East and India.

  • Strong collaboration and one team mindset.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and the ability to influence without authority including in sensitive labor relations environments.

  • Proven experience in designing implementing communicating and administering global compensation programs.

  • Experience working with Works Councils unions or similar employee representative bodies.

  • Strong critical thinking with the ability to analyze data from multiple sources and make effective influential recommendations.

  • Ability to translate technical compensation concepts for clear stakeholder understanding.

  • Advanced analytical skills (Excel required; Power BI preferred).

  • Workday experience preferred.

Supervisory Scope:

  • Three direct reports in Europe and India

  • Reporting Relationships: Reporting into Senior Director Global Compensation and Benefits.

*This position can be a hybrid role of some remote (M & F) and onsite days (Tu - Th) each week once initial onboarding is completed. The role must be based within commuting distance to the office.
