As a TOS Delivery Lead you will play a pivotal role in the Operations Technology backbone of the North Sea Terminal Bremerhaven (NTB) Transformation Project. Based onsite in Bremerhaven Germany you will lead the design implementation and standardisation of Terminal Operating System (TOS) solutions Navis XPS and N4 as part of a long-term APM Terminals and Eurogate partnership investing approximately 1 billion in the modernisation of NTB.
The transformation will increase terminal capacity from approximately three million to four million TEU annually with the ambition to operate with zero greenhouse gas emissions a first of its kind in Germany.
Reporting directly to the Head of OT&A on site and functionally to the Global Product Line Manager TOS you will work across internal and external stakeholders to translate operational needs into scalable standardised TOS solutions that support the terminals transformation and long-term operating model.

- Collaborate with global OT&A Ops Excellence and TOS Product Line teams alongside terminal users vendors and external stakeholders in a technically and culturally diverse environment.
- Build deep expertise in Navis XPS and N4 delivery within a complex brownfield-to-transformation programme.
- Gain broad exposure to adjacent application portfolios including Billing TAS Gate and OCR.
Key Responsibilities
- Design TOS solutions that best meet NTBs operational process needs and direct the implementation of new versions upgrades and standardisations across the terminal.
- Manage issues and risks arising from implementation and answer inquiries on resolving generic and specific business TOS problems.
- Manage the Terminal relationship: communicate changes to functionality document process changes and align requirements generated from upgrades.
- Identify opportunities to standardise TOS configurations in collaboration with the Ops Excellence team and support the terminal in adopting new standard configurations.
- Assess and support configurations maintenance and future releases of the TOS its modules and its interfaces.
- Engage proactively with the user community lead diagnostic procedures for simple problems and escalate complex issues appropriately.
- Assess and guide the Support Teams in OT&A and Tech and provide inputs to other application portfolios (Billing TAS Gate OCR) when applicable.
- Contribute to project delivery within scope time and budget under the OT&A framework and share knowledge to prepare successors and colleagues within the team.
- Support the development of tools and analysis that help Operations teams identify performance trends and pursue continuous improvement.

- Complete and deep understanding of Navis XPS and N4 with proven ability to design and deliver TOS solutions for terminal operational processes.
- Strong stakeholder management and persuasive influencing skills able to work with colleagues vendors and terminal users to reach functional and project goals.
- Financial acumen and budget management capability.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
- Good knowledge of standard professional programs such as MS Office and ERP / CMMS systems.
- High discipline in follow-through action tracking and documentation with high quality awareness and the ability to work with constant care.
- Driven self-motivating and results-oriented capable of motivating peers and reports to achieve project success.
- Sensitive to cultural diversity and comfortable working across multicultural teams vendors and other stakeholders.
- Availability to work in both office and live operational terminal environments participating in testing commissioning operational trials and go-live activities; international travel may be required.
Fluent English is essential; German preferred.
