Responsible for Sales Coordination including: Reporting and maintaining of box office figures in internal and external systems Invoicing management (SAP GEMA BU-Coding and PO maintenance).
Management and coordination of events including: Organising external and internal events such as tradeshows award ceremonies town halls business updates and executive visits.
Hamburg Office coordination (e.g. cross-divisional communication Amex cards DB Portal).
Extensive work experience in a comparable role including Office Management responsibilities.
Very good German and English language skills written and spoken.
Extensive experience organising various events within the film or entertainment industry.
Structured proactive and solution-oriented way of working with a high degree of flexibility and resilience; SAP / ERP knowledge desired.
