- Understand end-to-end requirements of the bidirectional (BiDi) charging ecosystem (EV EVSE CPMS user applications) through close collaboration with engineers and development teams
- Design build and maintain a technical test setup for integration with residential energy systems including PV simulation home battery storage and related components.
- Design and develop comprehensive test cases covering functional requirements edge cases and corner scenarios
- Establish maintain and continuously refine detailed test plans to support timely and reliable software releases
- Execute end-to-end testing activities (functional regression and conformance) and ensure clear and timely reporting of test results
- Create document and manage defect tickets including initial analysis and coordinate with development teams across multiple partners
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related technical field with a focus on electrical and energy engineering
- Preferred: Technical qualification with TREI certification for installation of the test setup
- Experience in testing environments with a focus on smart charging technologies; ISTQB certification is considered a plus
- Familiarity with ISO 15118 OCPP and Modbus protocols is a plus
- Fluency in English and German (written and spoken)
