Test Engineer for Avionics Integration [26107]

As part of the Integration Test and Analysis team you will have the following responsibilities:

• Review system and subsystem designs and define verification and validation strategies for avionics integration activities;
• Develop implement and maintain test cases automated test scripts and verification procedures;
• Perform integration and verification activities on test benches and aircraft platforms;
• Analyze test results identify deviations investigate root causes and support the resolution of complex system issues;
• Generate and present technical reports documenting test outcomes and recommendations;
• Contribute to the development and improvement of test methodologies validation tools and next-generation test bench capabilities;
• Support System-of-Systems testing activities involving the interaction of multiple avionics subsystems;
• Collaborate closely with design development integration and certification teams throughout the system lifecycle;
• Ensure compliance with applicable aerospace testing standards processes and quality requirements.

Qualifications :

You will have the following qualifications and relevant experience:

• Masters Degree or equivalent in Computer Science Aerospace Engineering Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline;
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience within the aerospace industry;
• Good knowledge of avionics systems and their integration principles;
• Experience in integration verification and testing activities is considered an advantage;
• Knowledge of mission systems sensors and data link technologies would be highly beneficial;
• Strong programming skills preferably in Python C/C or ATL;
• Familiarity with test engineering and system engineering methods processes and tools;
• ISTQB certification would be considered an asset;
• Fluent English is mandatory;
• German language skills are considered a plus;
• Eligibility to obtain or hold a German Ü2 security clearance is required.

This position is based in Manching Germany.
