Technical Support Coordinator

We arelooking for a proactive and organizedTechnical Support Coordinatorto join ourFood ColorsTechnical Service Team in Geesthacht driving operational excellence behind the scenes you will play a vital role in the success of the Technical Service Team and help create exceptional customer experience through reliabletimely and high-quality service.

Whatyoulldo:

• Support the Technical Service Team with daily operationalorganizationaland administrative tasks
• Assist in the preparation of customer visitsseminarsor similar events with internal or external stakeholders
• Ensuring efficient and structured laboratory operations including the coordination of labdevicesand material management
• Active contribution to the implementation and compliance of laboratory and work safety regulations as well as the creation and update of corresponding documentation
• Identify and report any technical issues and escalate them as appropriate

Whatyoullbring:

• Completed 3-yearsapprenticeship in the food area aslabtechnician or comparable professional experience
• Excellent communication skills in English additionalproficiency in German is a distinct advantage
• A collaborative and continuous improvementmindset with the ability to workcollectively and alsotake responsibility for tasks following them to completion
• Strong MS Office skills andpreviousexperience with Salesforce or similar CRM system is a plus
