Technical Service Engineer Intern (mfd)

As a Technical Service Engineer Intern you will support our team in handling aircraft-related technical enquiries. You will help investigate technical questions coordinate with Engineering and document support cases clearly and accurately.

• Support the handling of customer technical enquiries

• Gather and organise information to investigate technical issues

• Coordinate with Engineering and other internal teams

• Document and track technical enquiries and support cases

• Assist with technical reports status updates and customer communication

• Maintain technical databases logs and knowledge repositories

• Analyse recurring topics and contribute ideas for process improvements

• Support Service Sales Managers and Customer Managers with technical information

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Aerospace Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related discipline

• Strong interest in aviation technical support and problem-solving

• Good analytical and organisational skills

• A structured and detail-oriented way of working

• Confidence using Microsoft Office particularly Excel

• Good written and spoken English

• Team spirit and the ability to manage multiple priorities

• Basic knowledge of aircraft systems or aviation maintenance

• Familiarity with Teamcenter SAP or similar systems

• Initial experience in technical troubleshooting documentation or customer support
