We are an in-office company and our expectation is that full-time employees primarily work from their Applied Intuition office 5 days a week. However we also recognize the importance of flexibility and trust our employees to manage their schedules responsibly. This may include occasional remote work starting the day with morning meetings from home before heading to the office or leaving earlier when needed to accommodate family commitments. This in-office expectation does not apply to contractor positions

As a Technical Recruiter - EMEA at Applied Intuition you will partner closely with engineering leadership to design and execute hiring strategies that attract evaluate and close exceptional software engineering talent. This is a 1-year contract position with the option for extension.

• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to identify and hire software and ML engineers

• Partner with engineering leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to understand hiring needs team design and long-term talent strategy

• Build targeted sourcing campaigns to attract general and specialized engineering talent

• Lead structured high-quality interview processes that assess technical excellence problem-solving ability and alignment with Applieds values

• Improve and scale recruiting systems tools and processes to support efficiency and growth

• Provide leadership with data-driven insights on funnel health pass-through rates time-to-fill

• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience

• 3 years of experience in technical recruiting with a strong track record hiring software engineers ML engineers or other highly specialized technical talent

• Strong business partnership skills and the ability to influence stakeholders using data and insights

• Proven ability to manage multiple complex searches in a fast-paced high-growth environment

• High ownership mindset with the ability to operate autonomously

• Excellent written and verbal communication
  

• Experience recruiting for autonomy robotics defense embedded systems or Physical AI

• Familiarity with AI/ML talent markets and competitive dynamics for niche engineering profiles

• Experience hiring software engineers in a startup or hypergrowth environment
