For our Munich office we are seeking a
Technical Supervisor for Event Technology (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.
Youll serve as the central point of contact between hotels end customers regional management and this role youll be responsible for the technical execution of events managing revenue targets and coordinating staff and external service providers.

Your Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for hotels and end customers on all AV and media technology matters
- Be responsible for the technical planning coordination and execution of high-quality events
- Prepare quotes and manage external service providers including equipment and logistics planning
- Plan manage and achieve revenue targets for one or more hotels
- Coordinate staff scheduling in close collaboration with regional management
- Close collaboration with regional management and sales managers
- Ensuring and further developing defined quality standards
What You Bring to the Table
- Completed training as an event technology specialist event management professional or a degree in the event industry
- Several years of professional experience in the event industry with a focus on AV media technology
- Sales-oriented and business-minded approach
- Strong service-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills
- Independent structured and responsible work style
- Initial experience in managing employees
- High flexibility regarding work hours
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Very good German and good English skills
- Knowledge of Easyjob is a plus
