Job Summary

Your responsibilities:
  • As teamlead you manage mentor and support our Business Central Analyst team to achieve defined goals. Your leadership will inspire and empower team members fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

  • By effectively distributing tasks among team members setting realistic deadlines and overseeing day-to-day operations you will ensure smooth and efficient operations in your team.

  • You are the central contact person for your team and take on both professional and disciplinary leadership tasks. Through creating a positive work environment and coaching individuals you support the team members in their development and maintain a productive and harmonious team dynamic.

  • Regularly you evaluate team performance against predefined metrics to make informed decisions and contribute to data-driven improvements.

  • You are in constant exchange with project managers business analysts and software testers to ensure projects are executed smoothly and successfully.

  • You support the team in analysis development tasks and other occurring projects.

You bring along:
  • You have at least 10 years of experience with Business Central and its technical and functional aspects. Your in-depth knowledge will help in taking effective decisions and delivering high-quality solutions that align with our project objectives.

  • Having experience as a leader and showing strong leadership skills will help you guide and inspire your team to reach defined goals.

  • You can organize and structure various tasks within a team to ensure a smooth flow of work and optimal resource utilization.

  • Strong decision-making skills the ability to assess situations correctly and the ability to build strong bonds with people will make you and your team members successful.
