Team Leader Quality & Work Preparation (mfd)

• Lead and develop the team for quality control and work preparation
• Coordinate tasks priorities and production readiness
• Review production orders artwork specifications and materials before release
• Ensure quality standards compliance and accurate documentation
• Drive root cause analysis corrective actions and continuous improvement
• Ensure clear handover of jobs to production
• Coordinate with production planning and implement shop-floor improvements such as 5S
• Prepare work plans and parts lists in SAP
• Support audits

• Vocational qualification or degree in printing quality production or a related field
• 35 years of relevant production experience
• 2 years of team leadership experience
• Knowledge of quality management and work preparation
• SAP and Microsoft Office skills
• Strong leadership communication and organizational skills
• Structured solution-oriented and detail-focused approach
• Willingness to travel approximately 5%
