Team Lead Retention & Upgrade (MFD)
Job Summary
As our Team Lead Retention & Upgrade you will drive customer engagement retention reactivation and customer lifetime value across our international markets. You will lead a cross-functional team and use data-driven insights to develop lifecycle strategies that deliver measurable business impact.
Your responsibilities include:
- Lead and develop a cross-functional Retention & Upgrade team.
- Own and optimize the customer lifecycle strategy across onboarding engagement retention reactivation loyalty and upgrades.
- Design and execute omnichannel lifecycle campaigns and automated customer journeys.
- Drive retention reactivation and upgrade initiatives that increase customer engagement and lifetime value.
- Develop customer segmentation and personalization strategies based on behavioral and transactional data.
- Monitor and optimize key KPIs such as retention churn reactivation upgrade conversion and CLV.
- Lead lifecycle testing and continuous optimization through A/B testing and data-driven experimentation.
- Collaborate closely with Product Data Operations and Marketing teams to improve customer experience and commercial performance.
- Support the International Head of Marketing in executing growth initiatives and strategic projects.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Economics or a related field.
- 4 years of experience in Lifecycle Marketing CRM Retention Marketing or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management segmentation and retention strategies.
- Proven ability to translate customer and performance data into commercial results.
- Commercially driven analytical and customer-focused.
- Experience leading or coaching teams is a strong advantage.
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms.
- Experience within financial services fintech or a regulated environment is a plus.
- Fluent in English and comfortable working in an international environment.
