Team Lead Pricing & Revenue Operations (MFD)
Job Summary
As Team Lead Pricing & Revenue Operations (M/F/D) you will own two areas that are critical to LYNX: how we generate and optimise revenue and how we ensure transparent and compliant communication of costs and fees to our clients.
You will lead the development of our pricing strategy customer economics and revenue optimisation framework while also taking ownership of cost transparency across our markets. This includes areas such as pricing models Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) segmentation experimentation and regulated cost disclosures.
This is a hands-on leadership role. You will lead two specialists and work closely with Data colleagues but you will also remain directly involved in analysis decision-making and delivery. Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer you will work across Marketing Finance Legal Compliance Client Experience and Product-related teams.
- Own and continuously develop LYNXs pricing strategy including fee structures commissions discounting and pricing exceptions.
- Take ownership of cost transparency towards clients ensuring cost and fee disclosures are accurate timely and compliant across our markets.
- Lead the implementation and further rollout of LYNXs global pricing model ensuring expected revenue impact is realised and maintained.
- Develop and maintain a predictive Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) framework including underlying models for acquisition churn frequency and customer value.
- Identify opportunities to improve revenue per customer across different customer segments and markets.
- Own the roadmap and governance for pricing and revenue experiments including the economic setup of campaigns fee waivers and other commercial initiatives.
- Develop behavioural and economic customer segmentation and translate this into actionable commercial insights.
- Define and maintain key revenue metrics and ensure consistent definitions of CLV churn retention and profitability across the organisation.
- Work closely with Data teams to turn customer and revenue data into actionable insights and challenge analytical models where needed.
- Partner with Legal and Compliance on the interpretation and implementation of regulatory requirements related to pricing and cost transparency.
- Lead and coach two specialists while coordinating with functionally allocated Data colleagues.
- Remain hands-on in analysis and delivery setting the quality standard through your own work.
- Build and safeguard pricing knowledge processes and analytical models within the organisation.
- You have 58 years of relevant experience in pricing revenue management monetisation or a closely related commercial and analytical field.
- You have hands-on experience with cost transparency price disclosure or regulatory/financial reporting within a regulated environment such as financial services fintech or insurance.
- You have strong quantitative and analytical skills and are comfortable working with concepts such as CLV unit economics customer segmentation elasticity and experimentation.
- You combine strategic thinking with a hands-on approach and enjoy being directly involved in analysis and execution.
- You have experience leading coordinating or mentoring others and are ready to take ownership of a small specialist team.
- You are comfortable influencing stakeholders across different functions even when they do not report directly to you.
- You can balance commercial opportunities with regulatory requirements and customer interests.
- You are structured detail-oriented and comfortable making decisions in areas where accuracy matters.
- You hold at least a Bachelors degree or equivalent.
- You are fluent in business English.
- Experience within online brokerage trading investment products or financial services.
- Knowledge of MiFID II cost transparency and disclosure requirements.
- Familiarity with regulatory authorities such as the AFM BaFin or comparable European regulators.
- Experience developing or operationalising predictive CLV or customer valuation models.
- Hands-on experience with pricing experiments A/B testing or revenue optimisation tooling.
- Working proficiency in Dutch or German.
