Job requirements
Your Responsibilities - Lead Shape & Optimize:

As our Team Lead Accounts Receivables you will participate in and oversee our O2C operations across the group guide and maintain our team of professionals to professional and personal success. You will be reporting to our Director Accounting & Tax and collaborating with our Heads of BI FP&A and Legal and other important internal and external stakeholders. Youll safeguard meticulously maintained processes and records and to help us achieve sustained commercial and personal growth.


Main responsibilities:
  • Own the continuous improvement and automation of the global Order-to-Cash (O2C) process driving the optimization and scaling of existing and new tools to effectively support growth product developments and strategic partnerships.

  • Partner closely with key stakeholders like the ERP manager to drive process adjustments and leverage modern automation tools and agents with the ultimate goal of establishing a fully automated happy path for billing and revenue workflows.

  • Own the control environment of the global Order-to-Cash (O2C) process by systematically resolving risk and compliance gaps through a codified framework aligned with accounting and tax principles.

  • Serve as the strategic interface for Sales and Legal co-creating billing and revenue solutions that effectively balance default risk mitigation with commercial growth.

  • Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure accurate timely deliverables for month-end quarter-end and year-end closings while maintaining a strong hands-on mentality to actively support the team and build operational redundancy.

  • Take full ownership in managing and developing a high-performing team both on-site and remote fostering professional growth through structured training and mentoring.


Job Requirements:
  • Degree in Finance or Accounting or a professional qualification (e.g. ACCA CIMA Bilanzbuchhalter) combined with a comprehensive grasp of IFRS and/or HGB in an international context.

  • At least 3 to 5 years of professional accounting and closing experience ideally within a large scale-up environment.

  • Proven project management experience with a specific focus on ERP implementation or optimization paired with an open clear communication style and a highly structured approach to problem-solving.

  • Demonstrable leadership experience with a foundation in empathetic management and mentoring to foster continuous personal and professional growth in a diverse environment.

  • Advanced Excel skills combined with a highly structured organized and independent way of working.

  • Fluency in English with Spanish and/or German skills as a plus.
