Job description:

Lead DXP Consultant (m/f/d) leads theend-to-endstrategy roadmap and value delivery of digital experiences built on Adobe Experience Cloud (primarilywithAEM as well as capabilities across content management targeting and personalization and experimentation). The role aligns businessobjectiveswith customer needs and platform capabilities prioritizes the backlog for maximum business impact and ensures releases deliver measurable outcomes.

A key expectation of the role is to drive innovation across the Adobe ecosystem byadvising onfuture AEM enhancements platform evolution and strategic opportunities. The Lead DXP Consultant (m/f/d) acts as a trusted expert who can consult on technical solutions propose new potential use cases and guide clients on the best decisions to maximize value. This includes staying current with Adobes latest features and industry trends actively collaborating with Adobe andidentifyingopportunities to introduce new capabilitiesoptimizeexperiences and shape thelong-termroadmap.

Keyresponsibilities:

  • Own product vision roadmap andoutcome-basedbacklog.
  • Define user stories and acceptance criteria aligned with business goals.
  • Leaddeliveryacross AEMDAMIntegrationsAI PersonalizationAnalytics and datatopics
  • Recommend new AEM capabilities platform improvements and emerging use cases.
  • Advise clients on technical solutionsarchitectureimpacts and strategic priorities.
  • Stay current with Adobes roadmap releases and industry trends; collaborate closelywith Adobe.
  • Define and track KPIs for engagement performance and experiment results.
  • Ensure compliant data collection and reliable measurement.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Deep knowledge of AEM Adobe Target Adobe Analytics and Customer Journey Analytics.
  • Strong understanding of AEM architecture components content models and integrations.
  • 710 years in digital product roles; experienceas Product Owner/ Consultanttype of roles leadingAEMprojects orprograms.
  • Strong backlog managementand skilled inprioritizationas well asagile delivery (Scrum/Kanban/SAFe)
  • Ability to advise on platform evolution technical solutions and strategic use cases.
  • Extensive knowledge of UX/UI best practices combined with solid experience in providing strategic design consulting.
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Clear communication stakeholder alignment andexecutive-levelstorytelling.
