Tasks
What Youll Be Doing
Were now looking for a Talent Scout - Intern/Working Student to join us and play a key role in fueling our talent pipeline! As a Sourcer youll be on the front lines of our recruiting efforts. Your mission Find and engage amazing talent across Europe to join top-tier sales teams.
- Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms
- Craft personalized outreach messages to generate interest and leads
- Generate qualified meetings for your Talent Advisor
- Collaborate with Talent Advisors to understand hiring needs
- Build and maintain structured candidate pipelines for active roles
- Use data AI and other tools to optimize sourcing strategies
Requirements
What Were Looking For
- Youre curious proactive and organized
- You love connecting with people and spotting potential
- A strong communicator both written and verbal
- Interest in HR recruiting or sales
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter or other sourcing tools is a big plus (but not required)
- Fluent in English and German
- Duration: 6 months minimum
