As Hellmann continues to expand its digital capabilities and technology landscape we are looking for a passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/f/d) to identify engage and hire outstanding tech talent. Join our Global Talent Acquisition team and become a trusted partner in bringing the people behind our digital transformation on board.

This position can be based in the Netherlands Hungary or Germany (Osnabrück/Hamburg).

About the Job
  • Managing end-to-end recruitment processes for a wide range of technology and digital positions across different functions and locations
  • Partnering closely with Hiring Managers IT leaders and HR Business Partners to understand business needs and define effective recruiting strategies
  • Identifying engaging and attracting qualified candidates through active sourcing professional networks social media platforms and industry events
  • Building and maintaining strong pipelines of technology talent for current and future hiring demands
  • Conducting structured interviews and supporting hiring decisions based on skills experience potential and team fit
  • Providing an outstanding candidate and stakeholder experience through proactive communication and professional process management
  • Monitoring market trends talent availability and developments within the technology sector to continuously improve recruiting strategies
  • Driving process improvements through data-driven decision-making KPI analysis and best-practice sharing across the Talent Acquisition community

About You
  • Degree in Human Resources Business Administration Psychology Information Technology or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in Technical Recruiting IT Recruiting and Executive Search with a technology focus
  • Strong understanding of technology roles concepts and terminology allowing you to engage confidently with both candidates and stakeholders
  • Proven experience in active sourcing and direct candidate engagement across multiple channels
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders and challenge hiring decisions constructively when required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both German and English
  • Strong organizational skills a proactive mindset and the ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
  • Experience with modern recruiting technologies applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools
