We are looking for a passionate and people-oriented Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who loves interacting with candidates loves negotiations and wins enjoys fast-paced environments and is eager to build a career in recruitment. You will play a key role in candidate management hiring the right talents coordinating with high volume of talents and ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.

• Own full-cycle recruitment from role intake to offer stage across complex and business-critical roles in different departments.

• Partner closely with Hiring Managers to define hiring strategies and prioritization.

• Support with proactive sourcing strategies across European talent markets particularly for hard-to-hire technical and engineering profiles when required.

• Ensure high-quality candidate assessment through structured interviews clear evaluation frameworks and reference checks.

• Oversee and continuously improve recruiting processes tools and workflows ensuring scalability and efficiency.

• Support with employer branding strategy and content to strengthen TYTANs positioning in competitive European talent markets.

• Fluency in English and German (C1/native) is a must.

• 2-3 years of experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Partner in an in-house environment.

• Experience of owning end-to-end recruitment for technical engineering or operational roles at scale up environmnet.

• Experience in partnering with hiring manager and influencing hiring decisions.

• Strong experience of salary negotiations way of convincing the right talents for the organization.

• Strong understanding of and demonstrated experience within the defense industry.

• Highly structured data-driven and execution-focused working style.

• Open to take ownership and operate independently in fast-paced environment.

• Build technology with real operational impact: Develop autonomous defence systems designed to protect lives and strengthen Europes security

• Shape scalable defence capabilities: Work on solutions built for mass deployment cost efficiency resilience and reliable production at scale

• Contribute to networked air defence: Help integrate our systems into multi-layered defence architectures alongside sensors command systems and effectors

• Develop for real-world operations: Build capabilities together with end users and improve them continuously based on direct operational feedback

• Move fast and take ownership: Work in a focused high-performance team where decisions are made quickly and individual contributions have immediate impact

• Define a new generation of defence technology: Join early and help shape the products engineering standards culture and direction of a fast-growing deep-tech company
