Job Summary

Team Purpose:

The Treasury function is responsible for ensuring the financial stability and liquidity of the company. Its core tasks include liquidity management the control of cash flows financing and banking management as well as the management of financial risks (e.g. interest rate and foreign exchange risks). The objective is to ensure the companys ability to meet its payment obligations at all times and to manage financial risks efficiently.
The Treasury team consists of a Head of Treasury who holds overall responsibility for strategy governance and steering. She is supported by a Treasury Manager (1.5 FTEs) who is responsible for day-to-day operations analyses and the implementation of Treasury processes.

Tasks:

- Support daily liquidity management including cash position monitoring and shortterm forecasts
- Assist with payment processing and reconciliation of bank accounts
- Help prepare reports and analyses for cash flow financing and bank relationships
- Support bank communication and documentation (e.g. confirmations KYC documents)
- Contribute to Treasury projects and process improvements including system and data maintenance

You will learn:

- Practical understanding of Treasury processes such as liquidity management cash forecasting and payment flows
- Ability to work with financial data and reports including basic analysis and reconciliation
- Experience in banking and financing topics including communication with banks and handling documentation
- Improved Excel and system skills used in a Treasury environment
- Development of organizational analytical and accuracy-focused working skills in a finance function

Your Profile:

- Basic interest in finance/business topics; prior practical experience is helpful but not mandatory
- Good numerical understanding and willingness to work accurately with data
- Basic IT skills especially MS Excel; openness to learning Treasury systems
- Good English skills (written and spoken) for reports and bank communication
- Reliable structured and proactive working style with a willingness to learn and ask questions

All other skills will be trained within the department
