YOUR TASKS

• Lead and support global projects to develop standardize and roll out technical supply chain processes.
• Drive continuous improvement and optimization of international supply chain process standards.
• Facilitate workshops to define align and document global process requirements.
• Test validate and approve system enhancements and process changes in supply chain systems.
• Develop training materials and train local technical experts and key users groupwide.
• Act as the central contact for process and system changes collaborating closely with Global IT and cross-functional stakeholders.

YOUR PROFILE

• Several years of experience in Supply Chain Process Management Business Systems or a related field.
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes and system-driven process management.
• Experience leading projects and implementing process or system improvements in international environments.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical system solutions and standards.
• Strong knowledge of WMS & ERP systems.
• Excellent stakeholder management workshop facilitation and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities paired with a background in project management.
• Willingness to travel.
• Fluent in English & German further language skills advantageous.
