Were looking for a System Engineer Windows Citrix (m/f/d) to join a growing IT services and managed hosting environment in Frankfurt am Main.

Your Responsibilities

Operate and maintain high-availability virtualization environments with a strong focus on Citrix
Administer and optimize Microsoft-based server environments
Manage Windows Server
Work with Microsoft technologies including Exchange MS SQL and related applications
Troubleshoot improve and ensure the reliability of critical IT systems
Collaborate closely with Managed Hosting Network and Data Center teams
Occasionally support customer environments on-site when required

What Were Looking For

3 years of professional experience in a comparable IT operations role
Strong hands-on expertise with Citrix and high-availability virtualization
Solid experience with Windows Server
Administration experience with Exchange MS SQL and Microsoft-based applications
Completed IT-related vocational training
German C1 and English B2
A proactive reliable and solution-oriented approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills

Nice to Have

PowerShell Ansible or SCCM experience
Citrix certifications
Experience with hosting or managed services environments
Technical university degree
Drivers license for occasional customer visits
