As Technical Product Owner in the SIIMA Team which is supporting the Sustainability and IntegratedInnovation Management business of Beiersdorf you will primarily bridge sustainability business goalswith technical execution ensuring that sustainability-driven digital products deliver measurableimpact.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including sustainability experts dataengineers IT architects and business stakeholders to digitalize sustainability processes enable data-driven decision-making and regulatory compliance.
Job Tasks:
- Own and manage the backlog for sustainability IT solutions
- Translate sustainability requirements into technical user stories and specifications
- Work closely with development teams to ensure high-quality delivery of scalable and securesolutions
- Act as a key interface between business stakeholders sustainability teams and IT
- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture data governance and cybersecurity standards
- Bachelors degree in an IT-related field of study or an apprenticeship in an IT profession
- Several years of relevant professional experience as a Product Owner Project Manager or Business Analyst in IT/digital products
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
- Experience in agile working environments
- Solid technical understanding of APIs cloud platforms data architecture integrations and Power BI
- Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to challenge the status quo
- Curiosity growth mindset and willingness to learn new technologies
- Strong collaboration skills in cross-functional and cross-cultural teams
- Ability to inspire and mobilize others around ideas and change
- Fluent English skills both written and spoken
