Your Tasks

As Technical Product Owner in the SIIMA Team which is supporting the Sustainability and IntegratedInnovation Management business of Beiersdorf you will primarily bridge sustainability business goalswith technical execution ensuring that sustainability-driven digital products deliver measurableimpact.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including sustainability experts dataengineers IT architects and business stakeholders to digitalize sustainability processes enable data-driven decision-making and regulatory compliance.

Job Tasks:

  • Own and manage the backlog for sustainability IT solutions
  • Translate sustainability requirements into technical user stories and specifications
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure high-quality delivery of scalable and securesolutions
  • Act as a key interface between business stakeholders sustainability teams and IT
  • Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture data governance and cybersecurity standards

Your Profile
  • Bachelors degree in an IT-related field of study or an apprenticeship in an IT profession
  • Several years of relevant professional experience as a Product Owner Project Manager or Business Analyst in IT/digital products
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
  • Experience in agile working environments
  • Solid technical understanding of APIs cloud platforms data architecture integrations and Power BI
  • Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to challenge the status quo
  • Curiosity growth mindset and willingness to learn new technologies
  • Strong collaboration skills in cross-functional and cross-cultural teams
  • Ability to inspire and mobilize others around ideas and change
  • Fluent English skills both written and spoken
