Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and reliable surveyor to join our team on a major substation project in Stuttgart. This placement offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience working alongside experienced surveyors on a live construction and infrastructure project.
What You Will Do
- Attend daily Health & Safety briefings and toolbox talks.
- Communicate and explain Health & Safety instructions and site requirements to surveyors and site personnel in English where required.
- Assist field surveyors with day-to-day surveying activities on active substation projects.
- Support the collection and recording of survey data on site.
- Assist with the setup operation and care of surveying equipment including:
- GPS/GNSS receivers
- Total Stations (TS)
- Laser Scanners
- Help maintain accurate survey records and documentation.
- Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with project procedures and Health & Safety requirements.
- Work closely with project teams to support the successful delivery of surveying activities.
- Any other duties as required by the business.
What You Will Bring
- Fluent German and strong English/Polish communication skills.
- Interest in surveying construction infrastructure or geospatial technologies.
- Willingness to work on-site Monday to Thursday.
- Ability to work safely and follow Health & Safety procedures.
- Positive attitude strong work ethic and eagerness to learn.
- Full rights to work in Germany
- Ability and willingness to travel to project sites as required.
