The opportunity
Whatyoull do
- Lead and support the City Amenity and Cleansing team to achieve service delivery standards.
- Coordinate day-to-day cleansing and public amenity operations.
- Monitor operational performance and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with relevant safety operational and Council requirements.
- Foster a positive productive and customer-focused team culture.
What you need to succeed
- Experience supervising operational or field-based service teams.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Ability to coordinate resources and maintain service standards.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement.

Pre-Employment Requirements
Progressed candidates will be required to complete a NationalPolice Record Check a Pre-Employment Medical Check & a WorkingWith Children Check (WWCC). Candidates must also hold a validVictorian Drivers License and current Truck License Light Rigid(LR)
