Generative AI & Digital Customer Experience
Duration: 3-6 months
Location: Göttingen / Hybrid
At HBK we are exploring how emerging AI technologies can create value for our customers and accelerate innovation across our software portfolio. We are looking for a motivated student intern to help shape the next generation of AI-enabled products and digital customer experiences within our Discom by HBK business.
Your Responsibilities
- Explore how Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) can be integrated into Discom products and workflows.
- Develop proof-of-concepts and prototypes using modern AI technologies.
- Support the evolution of our digital customer hub.
- Improve content organization customer journeys feedback workflows and self-service capabilities.
Your Profile
- Studying Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field.
- Strong interest in AI software products and digital customer experiences.
- Curious analytical and self-driven.
- Experience with software development web technologies AI tools or UX design is a plus.
