Student Engagement Coordinator (m/f/d)

(full-time; 38.5 hrs./week limited; 2 years)

This position is to ensure all students have the opportunity to engage in events and activities in the Constructor Communitytofoster a sense of community and belonging tofacilitate the personal growth and competencies of the students.

Your Responsibilities:

• Organising supervising and developing extra-curricular activities projects and groups for and with students

• Manage bookings and usage of community facilities (including Sports Halls Recreation Center Interfaith House Student Activities Center Dance Room Music Studio and The Other Side/MusicLab)

• Manage and oversee student assistant teams who help run community facilities (including The Music Lab and The OtherSide Crew our bar and party venues)

• Acting as a point of contact for students for advice about extracurricular activities

• Liaising with specialist departments (Infrastructure Facilities/Housing Purchasing Accounting Fundraising etc.)

• Supporting social media activities and communication with students

• Coordinating project work within the relevant programmes and activities as well as supporting marketing activities

• Supporting the optimisation of processes and projects

Your Qualifications:

• EQR 6 Bachelors degree in Community Development Student Affairs Social Work Education or a related field.

• 2-4 years of experience in community engagement student affairs or a related role ideally within an educational institution.

• Proven experience in managing projects coordinating events and working with diverse student populations.
