Position: STEM Expert German (Germany) - AI Training
Type: Contract
Compensation: $50/hour
Location: Remote
Duration: Oct 23 to Nov 19
Commitment: 21 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Develop workspaces and files to support AI agent training on professional tasks.
• Write prompts and create grading rubrics based on real STEM work in Germany.
• Evaluate AI model performance to ensure task realism and accuracy.
• Collaborate with AI research teams to refine training processes and outputs.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and improve model outcomes.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• 5 years as a scientist or engineer in research or industry.
• Native or fluent in German.
• Degree from a top-20 university in Germany.
• Comfortable with quantitative analysis technical documentation and engineering problem solving.
