Your mission:

In this role you will be responsible for the end-to-end ownership of a Salesforce-based cloud solution (Riskonnect) and additional corporate IT applications. You will act as the key link between business stakeholders IT and external suppliers ensuring high-quality solution design integration and delivery aligned with Skyguides IT strategy.

Your tasks:

• Own end-to-end software solutions and architecture ensuring integration within the corporate IT landscape with a primary focus on Salesforce-based Riskonnect and additional corporate IT applications.
• Lead technical delivery across the full project lifecycle from requirements and design to deployment go-live and support
• Ensure high-quality delivery through impact analysis release planning and alignment with business processes
• Maintain stable operations via proactive monitoring coordinated releases and 2nd/3rd-level support including vendor and access management.
• Partner with business stakeholders and vendors to translate needs into clear technical requirements providing guidance and knowledge transfer
• Drive continuous improvement and future-ready solutions contributing to IT roadmap alignment and annual budget planning

What we are looking for:

• Hands-on Salesforce experience ideally including Riskonnect Experience Cloud and custom applications; willing to learn additional platforms
• Strong understanding of user and access management APIs and integrations and data models/database
• Experience with software testing release management external vendors and risk management environments is an advantage
• Knowledge of business domains - ATM operational safety information or physical security audit or compliance frameworks - is a strong plus
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate technical topics into business language
