As a Safety Technical Investigator you will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing aviation safety by analyzing incidents implementing preventive measures and fostering a culture of safety within Skyguide. • Analyzing and processing information from the internal safety reporting system and technical logs
• Gathering additional information from relevant experts or equipment
• Conducting and documenting internal investigations to prevent accidents or incidents adhering to Just Culture principles
• Issuing tracking and monitoring safety recommendations
• Collaborating with operational and technical departments including external stakeholders and competent authorities
• Contributing to the development and implementation of advanced safety occurrence management and investigation systems for technical occurrences
• Maintaining and updating internal databases

• Strong engineering background ideally in computer science and/or Air Traffic Management
• A clear and demonstrated commitment to safety
• Communication: You adapt your communication style to the context and stakeholders and actively ask for information through relevant questions and active listening
• Teamwork: You engage in interactions with diverse team members and actively contribute information ideas and insights in meetings or other interactions
• Problem solving: You seek accurate information to analyze problems break down complex issues into manageable parts and approach solutions in a systematic and structured way
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in German or French and English
