Job Summary

Your mission:
In our Project Management Competences-Team you support the coordination and execution of various project- and process management support and improvement initiatives whilst learning from a broad and experienced community of Project- and Process Management Practitioners and Experts
Your tasks:
- Contribute to the coordination and execution of various transformation and improvement-initiatives within Skyguides Project Management-Framework (Procedures Guidance Trainings & Tools)
- Support with operational duties and tasks within Skyguides Project Management-Framework (e.g. Organization & Scheduling of Trainings Workshops Initiatives)
- Lead and coordinate certain continuous improvement initiatives within Skyguides Project Management-Framework (e.g. improvement of Community Engagement)
- Support and contribute to Skyguides Project Management Community in questions involving Internal Procedures Training and Tools
- Support larger Projects/Programs with the creation and coordination of deliverables and management in the Project Management-System (SAP PPM) in the role of Project Management-Officer
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor degree or equivalent level of professional experience in a science economical or technical oriented discipline
- Project Management basic education or equivalent level of experience and/or interest in Project Management Methodology
- Motivation: You are driven by purpose taking initiative to move things forward
- Continuous learning: You are curious and actively seek out and engage in learning opportunities and transfer the acquired knowledge in your daily work
- Fluent in English and German French a plus
