YOUR IMPACT - YOUR ROLE
As our Intern in Operations (all genders) you will play an active role in keeping our daily business running smoothly. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams acting as a key link between data customer success and provider support. By jumping into day-to-day coordination spotting inefficiencies early on and documenting evolving processes you will directly contribute to scaling our services.

- Operational Support:Support the ops team with day-to-day tasks across different areas of the business coordinate workflows between teams (Data Reporting Customer Success Provider Support) flag bottlenecks and execute ad-hoc projects.
- Process Documentation:Structure write and update internal processes and SOPs as our workflows evolve; build clear playbooks and reference materials to keep the operations function organized.
- Reporting & Tracking:Pull accurate reports maintain operational dashboards and data logs and ensure that key metrics are tracked formatted and delivered on time.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
- Currently enrolled in a degree programme in Business Administration Economics or a related field. A specialisation in Operations is a plus.
- Confident user of Google Workspace (Sheets Docs Slides) and Slack. Prior experience or familiarity with Figma is a plus.
- Highly organized approach with strong attention to detail. You have a proactive attitude and do not wait to be told what needs doing.
- A team player who is comfortable jumping between tasks and supporting different stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
- Clear and precise written and verbal communication skills with fluent English (C1/C2) and good German (B1/B2).
