About the team and the role:

Join eBay and lead the future of shipping for millions of sellers and buyers worldwide. As Senior Product Manager for Managed Shipping youll design and scale world-class shipping capabilities that make selling on eBay simpler safer and more profitable across borders marketplaces and delivery networks. Youll work closely with regional leaders logistics partners product and engineering teams to turn complex delivery challenges into competitive advantages shaping a core part of eBays customer experience. By building innovative shipping capabilities you will play a key role in connecting buyers and sellers around the world and bring to life eBays vision to create economic opportunity for all.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to scale experiences that are streamlined simple and customized to cater to our diverse user base. This position demands a candidate with a solid history of delivering successful products an acute sense of design and a steadfast standard for customer experience. You should possess robust collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will excel in identifying customer problems be proficient in experimentation methodologies and skilled at prioritizing and testing hypotheses to derive insightful conclusions and drive business impact.

What you will do:

  • Develop product vision and implement a comprehensive strategy and roadmap for eBays shipping experiences aligned with broader organizational and company goals.

  • Prioritize product backlog and own the roadmap for improvements balancing short-term gains with long-term strategic initiatives collaborating with engineers designers data scientists and other partners to design build and deploy new features.

  • Discover and address customers problems across the customer journey with cross-functional partners. Analyze user behavior market trends and competitive landscape to find opportunities for innovation.

  • Champion the voice of the customer within the organization ensuring that user feedback and needs are at the forefront of product development.

  • Define the data that is needed to identify the customer problem prioritize and test hypotheses. Reports out on insights size opportunities and start new business cases.

  • Define key performance metrics and use data-driven insights to guide decision-making and measure success.

  • Lead experimentation to continuously optimize performance and user satisfaction.

What you will bring:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration Computer Science or an equivalent field.

  • At least 7 years of product management experience.

  • Solid understanding of the e-commerce landscape and customer buying behaviors.

  • Consistent track record of planning and launching successful features that improve user experience and business outcomes.

  • Experience with A/B testing user research and data analysis tools.

  • Excellent analytical problem-solving and the ability to think strategically and creatively.

  • Excellent communication and social skills.
