The Sales & Account Management team is a driven results-oriented group of professionals who bring our advertising solutions to market with passion and purpose. They actively grow our publisher base across the DACH region build lasting partnerships and are relentless in identifying new revenue opportunities. Key day-to-day responsibilities
Build and monitor KPIs to track portfolio performance and proactively address gaps
Develop strong consultative relationships with key clients and decision-makers in the DACH market
Represent Equativ at regional industry events trade shows and client meetings
Actively prospect pitch and close new publisher and/or data partnerships across Germany Austria and Switzerland
Own the full sales cycle from first contact to contract signature and onboarding
Drive revenue growth within your portfolio by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Demand Product Marketing) to maximize inventory value and campaign delivery
Feed market intelligence back into the business to sharpen our go-to-market approach in the region
About you
Minimum Qualifications
5 years of experience in a sales or account management role within the digital advertising industry
Proven track record of hitting and exceeding revenue targets
Strong hunter mentality combined with the ability to nurture long-term partnerships
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both German and English
Strategic thinking with a data-driven approach to decision-making
Extra Awesome Skills
Solid understanding of AdTech products such as SSPs DSPs and programmatic ecosystems
Existing network of publisher contacts in the DACH market
Experience working in a fast-paced international environment
