Specialist Group Consolidation & Reporting (all genders)

Full-time and permanent

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of consolidated financial statements of Evotec Group (listed on Frankfurt Stock Exchange and Nasdaq) in accordance with IFRS including notes disclosures and management reporting
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements stockexchange obligations and internal reporting standards.
• Support in the yearend and quarterly audit processes working closely with external auditors
• Collaborate with our Subsidiaries in all Group accounting and consolidation matters
• Review internal reporting packages ensuring data quality and consistency across the Group.
• Support in optimization of processes and procedures related to preparation of Group Financial Statements as well as further development of our consolidation software Onestream
• Support IFRS accounting assessments including leases and fixed assets

Required Qualifications:

• Successful university degree (or equivalent) in business administration advanced studies in international accounting group accounting or auditing
• 2 years of experience in Group Accounting ideally within a publicly listed company
• Experience in a Big Four firm is a strong advantage
• Expertise in IFRS including handson experience with IFRS accounting assessments
• Good understanding of consolidation processes reporting systems and internal controls ideally Hyperion or Onestream
• Proactive mindset high attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders across multiple countries and functions
• Fluent in German and English
