Job Summary

We are looking for aSpecialist Corporate Performance Management (m/f/d) as soon as possible become the catalyst for GDs sustainable growth and operational excellence.

Join our Corporate Performance Management (CoPM) team and act as a strategic pacemakerdriving transformation enabling collaboration and optimizing performance across divisions. Help us turn ambitious goals into measurable results in a dynamic global environment.

Your Mission:

As Corporate Performance Manager you will bridge strategy and execution working at the intersection of finance operations IT and business development to deliver groupwide impact:

  • Lead Strategic Initiatives: Design manage and track performance programs including efficiency improvements cost optimization pricing strategies and working capital measures
  • Drive Cross-Divisional Excellence: Facilitate collaboration across business units multiply best practices and ensure alignment with corporate objectives
  • Optimize Performance:Analyze KPIs identify improvement opportunities and develop actionable solutions that enhance profitability and operational efficiency
  • Manage Complex Projects:Oversee implementation of strategic programs including post-merger integration shared services development and process transformation
  • Enable Data-Driven Decisions:Deliver insightful analysis and compelling presentations to stakeholders at all levels including C-suite
  • Act as Internal Consultant:Provide tailored expertise and solutions supporting business units in achieving their financial and operational targets

Your Experience:
  • Advanced degree(Masters/Diploma) in Business Administration Supply Chain Management Industrial Engineering Finance or related field
  • 5 yearsin procurement supply chain or procurement controlling ideally in a multinational environment
  • Proven experience inKPI development performance reporting and process optimizationwithin procurement
  • Track record of rolling out frameworks or standardsacross multiple business units or geographies
  • Strong ability to think beyond silos and connect procurement with finance operations and IT
  • Proficient in SAP/BW Power BI MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Comfortable with AI tools and digital analytics
  • Deep understanding of financial reporting KPI frameworks and data interpretation
  • Strategic mindset with ability to translate complexity into clarity
  • Exceptional communicator who presents confidently to any audience
  • Natural collaborator skilled at persuading and aligning diverse stakeholders
  • Proactive problem-solver who takes ownership and drives results
  • Adaptable navigator who thrives in fast-paced changing environments
  • Fluent in English; German is a plus
