Specialist Business Development (mfd)

• Active contribution to development of business plans and business strategies
• Cross-divisional project management esp. at the intersection of Product & Sales
• Strengthening and optimization of cross-divisional collaboration both including processes as well as methodologies e.g. Objectives & Key Results (OKRs)
• Market monitoring of current as well as possible future trends to derive data-based strategic implications for MMS Retail Media; this also includes the analysis of key competitors
• Monitoring and Reporting
• Retail Media-representations at events and conferences

• Completed degree in Marketing Communication Business Administration or related area (ideally with Masters degree/MBA)
• Entrepreneurial thinking and acting in a dynamic business context
• Sense for technical as well as regulatory market trends and changes
• Basic understanding of Retail Media ecosystems as well as value chain
• Very good analytical as well as conceptual skills
• Strength in communication with clear customer focus esp. strong presentation skills incl. PowerPoint
• Goal-oriented self-responsible way of working
• Fluent in German and English; both spoken and written
