The role is available throughout Germany or in other European countries.

You will play an active role in the Control Tower Direct Load Europe

Providing support to customers and partners in the field of land transport

Coordinating transport management between customers and Hellmann branches across Europe

Recording and processing shipments and orders as the central point of contact between customers and the dispatch units

Communicating with customers and partner companies

Proactive monitoring and reporting of consignments

Receiving and processing customer orders enquiries and complaints

Checking processing and posting incoming and outgoing invoices

Timely invoicing of customer orders and transport services

Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship e.g. as a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk (m/f/d) ideally with some initial professional experience in land transport

Some initial professional experience in billing and customer service would be an advantage

A structured approach to work strong organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure

Confident and professional communication skills in German and English when dealing with customers and partner companies

Good command of German as well as good written and spoken English; knowledge of other languages would be an advantage

Strong numerical aptitude attention to detail and a keen business acumen

Proficiency in MS Office particularly Excel Word and Outlook and ideally working knowledge of standard freight forwarding software
