Job Summary
ServiceNow Agentic AI/NowAssist Tech Lead - CM pro
Düsseldorf Germany 3 days onsite/week
Must-Have
(Ideally it should not be more than 3-5)
• Expertise in SNOW LSD CM Pro CSM module and AI Control Tower
• Build and configure SNOW Agentic AI solutions including autonomous agents orchestration logic and human-in-loop controls. Develop multi-agent workflows using Agent Studio / Agentic frameworks for complex business scenarios.
• Experience in real estate legal contract management implementations

1. Produce technical design & implement Now Assist (GenAI) and primarily agentic AI solutions in CM Pro LSD Module
2. Develop and customize ServiceNow modules & integrations ensuring scalable secure and high-performing AI-enabled solutions
