Do you have experience with SEO and copywriting Help more people discover our community by improving our blog articles and website content. This flexible volunteer role is ideal for someone who enjoys writing SEO and creating real social impact.

For Everyone is a non-profit organisation based in Berlin. We create creative low-threshold spaces where people can meet connect and feel they belong especially international newcomers Berliners without stable networks and people in life transitions.

Our community café No. 52 at Boxhagener Platz hosts weekly workshops and events that bring people together through art music movement and meaningful conversations. Our vision is a diverse and resilient Berlin where everyone feels at home and can contribute to community life.

To help more people discover our work were looking for an experienced SEO & Copywriting Specialist who can optimise our blog articles and website content. Your work will directly increase our visibility on Google and help more people find the community theyre looking for.

As our SEO & Copywriting volunteer you will:

1. Review existing blog articles and improve their SEO performance
2. Optimise headings keywords internal linking meta descriptions and readability
3. Suggest improvements to website copy where needed
4. Collaborate with our marketing and copywriting team
5. Help us develop SEO best practices for future content

This role is best suited to someone who already has experience with SEO and copywriting.

Were looking for someone who:

1. Has practical experience with on-page SEO keyword optimisation internal linking and content strategy
2. Has excellent English copywriting and editing skills
3. Is familiar with SEO tools and current best practices
4. Enjoys improving existing content rather than writing everything from scratch
5. Works independently and takes initiative
6. Can communicate clearly and collaborate with others
7. Can commit for at least 6 months
8. Has already attended at least one For Everyone workshop or event before applying

Around 12 hours per week or one focused SEO review session per month depending on your availability.

The role is mostly remote but youre always welcome to join us in Berlin.

1. Use your professional skills to help a growing non-profit reach more people.
2. Work from one of Berlins most inspiring workspaces. As part of our team youll have access to a modern co-working space inside the Amazon Tower exclusively for non-profit organisations.
3. Collaborate with an international team of volunteers from a wide range of professional backgrounds.
4. Gain experience working on a mission-driven organisation with real social impact.
5. Receive a volunteer certificate for professional or visa purposes.
6. After 6 months youll receive access to the Berlin Volunteer Card.
7. After 1 year (for EU citizens) youll be eligible to apply for a funded European learning exchange.
