Senior Technical Project Lead (mwd)

Your Profile

• Graduate or masters degree in Electronics Mechatronics or Computer Science.

• Strong understanding of automotive systems and vehicle architecture.

• Experience with system engineering and automotive tools (e.g. Vector toolchain DOORS JIRA ...).

• Knowledge of communication protocols (CAN LIN Ethernet).

• Familiarity with functional safety and cybersecurity standards also AUTOMOTIVE Spice

• Excellent problem-solving negotiation conflict resolution and executive communication skills

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Your Responsabilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of complex technical projects ensuring they stay on time in scope and within budget

• Coaching mentoring and capability development of employees in area of SystemEngineering Technical ProjectLeader and Test Managers

• Quality assurance and performance management for automotive projects (reviews KPIs corrective actions)

• Project support and process excellence (project reviews process improvements lessons learned)

• Standards alignment and technical community promotion (cross-location standards System Network Testing advocacy)

• Technical and product ownership/responsibiltiy - from RFQ to series launch

• Technical project leadership and target achievement (team steering risk/change/maturity management cost quality and technology targets)
