Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (mfd)

• Full-cycle Recruitment: Own and lead the end-to-end recruitment process with a focus on our crucial business functions. Using data market insights and candidate feedback to guide your hiring managers to hire the right talent for Flink.
• Hiring Strategy: Own hiring strategy for a diverse range of roles being the key player in shaping how hiring decisions are made at Flink. 
• Talent Sourcing: Leverage your sourcing skills to attract and win the best talent for Flink while building long-term relationships with talent pools and communities across the industry.
• Recruitment Analytics: Define the data and metrics that guide hiring decisions across all business areas using insights to shape recruiting strategy rather than just improve individual processes.
• Stakeholder Management:  You will work closely with senior leadership becoming a trusted advisor on hiring strategy and decision making. 
• Candidate Experience: Set the bar for candidate experience at Flink shaping how we design and continuously evolve the recruitment journey for future Flinkers not just delivering it but improving it structurally.
• AI Utilisation: Utilising the latest AI tooling you will streamline the company-wide process making hiring a seamless experience for both hiring managers and candidates.

Qualifications :

• You have 5 years of Talent Acquisition experience including at least 3 years as an internal recruiter within a tech startup or scaleup business.
• You have a proven ability to attract and hire talent across different departments and channels while maintaining an outstanding candidate experience and can give examples of the different business functions youve worked with and what makes hiring different between them.
• You have strong analytical skills and use data to influence and shape hiring strategy across a department or ideally a whole business.
• You have experience working with senior leadership stakeholders with clear examples of when youve had to persuade and navigate tradeoffs.
• You are comfortable using AI to improve recruitment processes and know what works versus whats hype with examples of both.
• You have high proficiency in recruiting platforms and tools; SmartRecruiters experience is a plus.
• You are fluent in English with German being an advantage.

For this role as Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/f/d) the starting remuneration is as follows: The base pay for this position is 51000.00 - 60000.00 EUR gross for full-time (40 hours per week). In addition FLINK offers the
