Senior Service Solution Architect (mfd)

At GD Currency Technology Division Currency Management Solutions Strategic Business Segment Service in our department Sales Support and Spare Part Management we are looking for a Senior Service Solution Architect (m/f/d) to shape and define service solution designs for complex non-standard this role you will be responsible for managing cost risk and delivery setup from a commercial perspective in close coordination with key stakeholders such as Service Sales. All activities are aligned with our standard NPI processes and established service concepts.

• Design tailored service solutions for large non-standard customer projects during the tender phase
• Develop customer-specific service concepts based on requirements leveraging standard GD services wherever possible
• Evaluate third-party supplier offers maintenance activities FTE requirements and material consumption
• Calculate costs for all elements of the defined service scope
• Define service solution pricing using established methodologies optimizing benefit and risk for GD in alignment with Service Sales and Solution Units

• University degree (Masters MBA or equivalent) in Engineering Science or Business
• 10 years of experience in managed service contracts with deep knowledge of multi-vendor environments
• 5 years of experience in international matrix organizations and collaboration with global subsidiaries
• Strong skills in profitability calculations and risk assessments
• Excellent coordination communication negotiation and presentation skills
• Proven track record in project management within complex setups
• Ability to manage multiple projects under time pressure
• In-depth knowledge of service concepts and solution design
• Proficiency in data analytics KPI definition and performance management
• Fluent in English and German (spoken and written)
• Independent structured and solution-oriented working style
• Willingness to travel internationally
