We are looking for a Senior Seeker Specialist to define and develop the sensing capabilities of our next-generation autonomous systems. You will lead the selection integration and optimization of onboard sensors including daylight cameras thermal imagers radar and other targeting payloads ensuring reliable target detection tracking and engagement.

1. Guide new EO/IR sensor designs in collaboration with hardware and systems engineering teams.

2. Evaluate and select EO IR radar laser and multi-sensor solutions.

3. Develop target detection tracking and classification concepts.

4. Specify sensor performance requirements including range field of view stabilization and SWaP constraints.

5. Drive integration of sensors into gimbals payloads and autonomy systems.

6. Conduct trade studies system performance analyses and supplier evaluations.

7. Support in ground testing validation and flight trials.

1. Degree in Aerospace Engineering Electrical Engineering Physics Optics Mechatronics or similar.

2. Experience in missile seekers guided weapons EO/IR payloads targeting systems gimbals ISR sensors or defense electronics.

3. Strong knowledge of:

   • Electro-optical (EO) cameras

   • Thermal / IR imaging systems

   • Radar and RF sensing

   • Sensor fusion and target tracking

4. Experience translating mission requirements into sensor architectures and payload designs.

5. Hands-on mindset with the ability to take ownership of critical technical decisions.

You have worked on missile programs loitering munitions ISR payloads targeting systems or stabilized gimbals and understand how to answer key questions such as:

• What sensor suite is required for the mission

• EO thermal radar or multi-mode seeker

• How should sensors be integrated into the autonomy stack

• How can detection performance be maximized within strict size weight and power constraints

Youll play a key role in shaping the sensing and targeting capabilities of our next-generation autonomous systems.
