We are looking for a Senior Research & Development Engineer (m/f/d) in Selb.

What you will be doing:

• Develop and improve non-linear resistor products and related manufacturing processes.

• Drive technology development in the field of electronic ceramics with a focus on ceramic thermistors and high-performance applications.

• Contribute to next-generation thermistor portfolio from early-stage concepts through industrialization and release to production.

• Lead multidisciplinary R&D projects ensuring clear objectives robust technical validation and timely execution.

• Collaborate closely with Manufacturing Quality Assurance Process Engineering Purchasing and other cross-functional teams.

• Work with external partners research institutes and suppliers to identify and implement innovative technical solutions.

• Apply quality management procedures in line with IATF 16949 ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.

What you will bring along:

• University degree in Engineering Physics Materials Science Electrical Engineering or another relevant technical discipline.

• Experience in product development process engineering manufacturing or optimization of technical products; experience with electronic ceramics is a strong advantage.

• Knowledge of multilayer ceramic technologies such as MLCC technology is considered an asset.

• Experience with data analysis statistical evaluation methods and structured problem-solving approaches is desirable.

• Strong analytical mindset technical curiosity and the ability to translate complex challenges into practical solutions.

• Self-motivated innovative and eager to learn in a fast-moving technical environment.

• Collaborative team player with strong communication skills and the ability to work across functions and cultures.

• Professional fluency in German and English.

• Willingness to work in an international environment and travel when required.
