In this Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Take ownership of projects from start to finish ensuring smooth execution and successful handover to our customers.
• Ensure project success by maintaining the highest quality standards while managing schedule and budget.
• Act as the central point of contact between internal and external stakeholders fostering effective collaboration.
• Proactively manage risks lead change processes and ensure claims are handled professionally.
• Inspire and guide cross-functional project teams.
• Stay on top of project progress turn challenges into opportunities and deliver clear and impactful decision-making insights.

For This Role You Will Need:

• A degree in Automation Technology Mechatronics Electrical Engineering Software Engineering or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in project management or a comparable role with proven success in delivering results.
• Strong expertise in project planning change and claim management risk assessment and project controlling.
• A team-oriented proactive mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional results.
• Flexibility determination and a positive attitude that motivates others.
• Fluent German & English both written and spoken.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• Background in the Aerospace industry
• Experience in Multi Project Management
