In this Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Take ownership of projects from start to finish ensuring smooth execution and successful handover to our customers.
Ensure project success by maintaining the highest quality standards while managing schedule and budget.
Act as the central point of contact between internal and external stakeholders fostering effective collaboration.
Proactively manage risks lead change processes and ensure claims are handled professionally.
Inspire and guide cross-functional project teams.
Stay on top of project progress turn challenges into opportunities and deliver clear and impactful decision-making insights.
Who You Are:
You establish and maintain effective customer relationships. You balance the interests of multiple stakeholders. You break down objectives into appropriate initiatives and actions.
For This Role You Will Need:
A degree in Automation Technology Mechatronics Electrical Engineering Software Engineering or a related field.
5 years of experience in project management or a comparable role with proven success in delivering results.
Strong expertise in project planning change and claim management risk assessment and project controlling.
A team-oriented proactive mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional results.
Flexibility determination and a positive attitude that motivates others.
Fluent German & English both written and spoken.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
Background in the Aerospace industry
Experience in Multi Project Management
